1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with bat555, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. bat555 does not accept players under the age of 21, without exception.
  • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
  • You must be accessing bat555 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from bat555 or any associated platform.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account in your own name.

bat555 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If bat555 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including winnings, are subject to forfeiture.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat555 login credentials. bat555 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to request your password from bat555 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your bat555 account.
  • Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
  • Notify bat555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.

bat555 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided bat555 acted in good faith on instructions received through your authenticated session.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

bat555 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported:

  • Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuing bank restrictions)

The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit, though transaction limits imposed by your mobile financial service provider or bank will apply independently. bat555 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment services not listed above.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a formal account review. bat555 reserves the right to require proof of payment ownership before processing any withdrawal where the deposit source is unclear.

Deposits are typically credited to your bat555 account within minutes. In rare cases of technical delay, processing may take up to two hours. If your deposit has not been credited within two hours, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bat555 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bat555 targets same-business-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests received after 18:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during public holidays including Eid and national observances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bat555 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Required documents typically include:

  • A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
  • Proof of the payment method in your own name (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number)
  • A selfie holding your ID, if requested by the compliance team

bat555 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bat555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all bat555 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

  • Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and passed any applicable identity verification.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address.
  • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
  • Bonus funds are used for wagering first; real-money funds remain available for withdrawal at any time (subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal rules).
  • bat555 may withdraw, void, or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and being actively wagered will not be voided mid-wagering period except in cases of suspected abuse.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or coordinating bets with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

bat555 provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's own ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat555 and will result in immediate account suspension:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in place of manual player action.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
  • Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent exclusion from bat555. During an exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

bat555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on bat555 — including but not limited to the bat555 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, and game presentation layers — is the intellectual property of bat555 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bat555 solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bat555 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of bat555 intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bat555 decision regarding your account, a bet outcome, a withdrawal, or a bonus is incorrect, you should follow this process:

  1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Include your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.

Decisions made by bat555's compliance team at the conclusion of this process are final and binding. bat555 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any third-party dispute resolution body not expressly named in these Terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat555 shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including credential sharing or failure to log out of shared devices.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bat555 service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside bat555's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions).
  • Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use or inability to use the bat555 platform.
  • The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party game content supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, or any other game provider.

bat555's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that player to bat555 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bat555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat555 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players by email or platform notification.

Your continued use of bat555 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using bat555 and request account closure by contacting support. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

13 Governing Law and Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which shall be the authoritative language for all interpretations and disputes. Any translation of these terms provided for convenience is non-binding.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bat555 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players accessing bat555 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
